In search of a relaxing day trip from London? On this full day tour, you will explore the picturesque English countryside for a chance to visit some of England's most famous attractions. See the mysterious ancient relic known as Stonehenge, tour Windsor Castle, and visit the famous town of Bath.

Your day tour from London begins at Windsor Castle, one of the residences of the British Royal Family. A professional guide will escort you throughout this magnificent castle, where you will see the extensive State Apartments and St. Georges Chapel. You will also be given time to explore the castle independently. Since you will visit the castle in the early hours, you will avoid large crowds. After your Windsor Castle tour, you will proceed to your next stop, Stonehenge, a magnificent and ancient monument dating back to 3000 B.C. While visiting this world-famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will learn about these mysterious stone structures. Marvel at their size and wonder about their original construction and purpose.

The next stop of your journey is the quaint town of Lacock. The village, which dates back to the Saxon period, is featured in many famous movies and television series, including "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone," "The Other Boleyn Girl," and "Pride and Prejudice." While in Lacock, you will enjoy an appetizing meal at a traditional English pub. After lunch, you will conclude your tour in Bath, one of England's most picturesque towns. Following our panoramic tour of the city, there will be time to visit Bath Abbey and Poultney Bridge overlooking the river Avon. At the conclusion of your relaxing stay in Bath, you will be driven back to London by your professional guide, completing a full day of historic and memory-making sightseeing in the English countryside.

Please Note: On occasion the State Apartments are closed and you will visit Queen Mary's Doll's House and St Georges Chapel instead. On Sunday St Georges Chapel is closed and there will be extra time to explore castle precincts.
