We had an amazing trip to the balloon festival! Rose D’Silva with J.D.B. Travel & Tours provided everything we could possibly need and made the entire experience so organized and enjoyable.
The Chaser's Club was absolutely amazing, and the food was delicious! Every meal was wonderful, and the location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action. During the evening events, we were surrounded by fireworks and could walk right out into the middle of the balloons. It was such a unique and unforgettable experience.
There was plenty of space, and the people and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Everything was wonderful from start to finish.
Our only recommendation would be to let participants know ahead of time to park in the Ascension lot, as it is the closest parking area to the Chasers Club.
We would highly recommend this trip and look forward to traveling with Rose and J.D.B. Travel & Tours again!

Rose D'silva helped turn our family's trip to Italy into a smooth and delightful experience.
Our family had already reserved a masseria a large farmhouse on an old olive farm in Puglia, southern Italy, for a reunion.
My wife and I wanted to explore the country before and after our family's gathering, but we weren,t sure where to go, what to see, or how much time to allow for driving and sightseeing.
After an unfortunate experience with a travel agent affiliated with a large organization, we were especially grateful for Rose's reassuring approach.
From the start, Rose asked thoughtful questions that helped us clarify what we wanted. She then offered practical suggestions tailored to our plans. Since we wanted to spend a few days in Rome but avoid driving through the city, she recommended picking up a rental car at the airport afterward. This allowed us to begin our drive without navigating Rome's streets, and she arranged the car reservation for us.
Our first stop was Matera, a town we had known little about before Rose recommended it. She arranged a two night stay at the Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel & Spa, less than a five hour drive from Rome. Matera was delightful, with many buildings carved into the hillside, including our hotel. The accommodations were unusual and outstanding, the spa and massage were excellent, and we enjoyed friendly people and superb restaurants.
From Matera, we drove about two hours to Brindisi, where we collected family members at the train station and airport before continuing to the masseria. Rose also provided driving directions.
After a wonderful week with our family, we followed Rose's arrangements to return the rental car at Brindisi Airport and fly to Pisa, where she had reserved another car. We visited friends in Volterra, then made our way back to Rome, stopping in picturesque towns along the way. As planned, we returned the car at Rome's airport before beginning our journey home, with a stop in London to see family and friends.
Rose's thoughtful recommendations and careful planning made the entire trip easier, more enjoyable, and memorable.
We will gladly use her services again and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking help with travel planning, reservations, or accommodations.

We used Rose to schedule our flights to Tanzania in 2022. With all the craziness that happens with airlines these days, Rose kept us up to date with all the changes. She was very hands on when resolving airline issues and added personal touches like remembering my birthday while I was traveling and reminding us to check in the day before our flights.
