I was very much impressed with your patience and the friendliness in which you were able to fit the days within our time constraints. Having given you the number of days we had to complete this trip and also visit three cities in just 14 days you did a fantastic job to fit the days and flight schedules we needed for each city with such short notice. The schedules were great and the ticketing and itineraries were very well planned and booked. We did not have to do any confirmation calls to the airlines in advance; we just went there on the time and days of our flight and went through the process without any issues. We were also impressed at the way you advised us and handled our intercity flights within Australia. We had no problem with our baggage on these flights because the set up you did allowed us to take all our International luggage privileges. We ordinarily do our own planning without a travel agent. However in this case Rose was very helpful and patient as we worked through arrangements for 4 people and we are better off than if we did our own arrangements. Communication was good through the process.

Our Christmas vacation trip to Sierra Leone. Rose was an exceptional agent that acted like a family member. We are a family of five and international tickets to Sierra Leone during the Christmas holidays could be very expensive. Rose searched tirelessly for a reasonable bargain in the prices of our tickets; she finally got us a good deal on Air France. She booked and we paid for the tickets there were no mistakes. To my amazement 24 hours to our departure time Rose called to check on us and ensure that everyone had their passports and were ready to go. On our way to the airport she called to wish us a safe journey. The flight was safe and fine; we arrived safely with all our suitcases a total number of 10. Rose called to check on us when we arrived, she wanted to make certain everyone was okay and that the flight experience was good. Coronavirus & Travel... It was in 2009 that I was introduced to Rose D'Silva and her JDB Travel and Tour, the year I made my first business transaction with her. Frankly, I was impressed with her professionalism and kind humor. When I decided to travel in 2020 all I need to do was give her a call with an itinerary. As expected her price was reasonable and affordable. This time though, I experienced another side of Rose D'Silva. What I call her total dedication to her family of travelers. It happened that I could not secure my covid-19 test result from my primary care physician a day before my departure date. In panic I call all the available Pharmacies in my County to see if I can secure a same day covid-19 test, to no avail. In frustration, I called Rose, time with the sole purpose of cancelling my trip. In explaining the difficulty of securing a covid-19 test result to enable me even board a plane, she was worried. After a few minutes pause, she said, "Okay, Ibrahim let me see what I can do. Few hours later she called and gave me a telephone number and also informed me that I can do my covid-19 test the day of departure, at the Philadelphia International Airport, terminal E 2nd floor. 6.00am the day of my departure, I did my covid-19 test at the Airport got my result four hours before departure. Rose save the day. She went above and beyond to help a member of her travelling family. She was also the one contacted by SN Brussels Airline, when my baggage went missing on my return journey. She promptly contacted me with the necessary information to file a claim. Few days Later my baggage was safely delivered to me. Thank you so much Rose for all you have done for me at a time of need.
