Prices are "from" per person based on twin/double share accommodation and for travel in low season. Seasonal surcharges and blackout dates may apply. Limited seat/spaces and all pricing is subject to change and availability. Rates for single or triple travellers are available on request - please inquire.

Start your journey with a mid-morning pickup from your accommodation, followed by a scenic drive to our first river. Along the way, enjoy morning tea at the Wellderness base. Begin the adventure with a serene rafting or kayaking session on a local river, pausing midday for a nourishing lunch and a series of wellbeing practices, including breathwork, mindfulness, and stress management techniques. In the evening, savor a dinner prepared by a local chef, complete with a healthy cooking demonstration. Afterward, join a facilitated workshop focused on uncovering personal character strengths and building resilience, closing the day with a calming meditation session.

Ease into the morning with a refreshing routine of tai chi, mindfulness, and coffee, followed by breakfast. Embark on a short walk and take a revitalizing cold plunge to awaken the senses. Then, journey to the majestic river gorge in Mt Aspiring National Park, where another kayaking or rafting experience awaits. Midday brings lunch amidst stunning scenery, followed by a nature walk through native bush and grounding exercises with guided visualization. Dinner offers relaxation and a chance to hear insights from a guest speaker, deepening the connection to your surroundings.

Begin with your now-familiar morning routine, coffee, and a hearty breakfast. Today, a half-day hike through the national park reveals some of New Zealand's most pristine landscapes. For those seeking extra adventure, an optional heli-hike is available. After a final group lunch, return to your accommodation in Queenstown or Wanaka, leaving with a refreshed mind, body, and spirit, and lasting memories of the wilderness.
