Then head to the chef’s restaurant to help make fresh bread and pasta, sampling your savoury creations at lesson’s end. You’ll delve further into the culinary traditions of the region with a journey up Mt. Etna. Learn about the area’s agricultural history of oranges, lemons, olives, and almonds. Stop by a local winery on the slopes of the volcano for a wine tasting, complete with snacks of bruschetta, salami, and dried tomatoes.
