Trip Overview

Prague is the capital of the Czechia. This magical city of bridges, cathedrals, gold-tipped towers and church domes is mirrored on the surface of the swan-filled Vltava River. Almost undamaged by WWII, Prague's medieval centre remains a wonderful mixture of cobbled lanes, walled courtyards, cathedrals and countless church spires all in the shadow of her majestic 9th century castle.

Your 3 nights in Prague include a walking tour of the Old Town and the Jewish Ghetto followed by a cruise on a riverboat for a different viewing perspective. Later, have lunch at a charming 17th Century restaurant and then enjoy a tram ride to the Lesser Quarter for panoramic views of the city. This is followed by a tour of the awe-inspiring Hradcany Castle (Prague Castle) and a walk over the enchanting and interesting Charles Bridge.

The next day brings a trip to the UNESCO World Heritage nominated town of Cesky Krumlov. This medieval town is an absolute delight with its 300 well preserved old houses. Visit the Cesky Krumlov Chateau and the Castle, the second largest after the one in Prague.
