The Bo-Kaap Cooking Tour takes you on a voyage into the life, food and culture of the Cape Malay's in Bo-Kaap whilst offering you a hands-on, practical lesson on how to cook like a real Cape Malay 'Auntie'! Learn how to make a variety of Cape Malay favourites and how to mix Masala for that perfect pot of Cape Malay Curry! Learn how to mix Masala, and make Roti's, Samoosa's, Dhaltjies and Chicken Curry from scratch.

This afternoon, continue your sightseeing tour of the Mother City. Summit the legendary Table Mountain by cable car (included, weather permitting) before visiting the country's oldest building, The Castle followed by the Company Gardens, both historically fascinating and well conserved. Sense the depth of history as you drive past Parliament Buildings, City Hall and the Slave Lodge. Finally, trace the moves of a professional diamond cutter as he creates every girl's dream stone.

Wind along the legendary Chapman's Peak Drive, hugging the cliffs and relishing the breath-taking ocean views, before visiting the wild and beautiful Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park, an integral part of the world-renowned Cape Floral Kingdom. After lunch (own account), you meander back along the historical naval port of Simon's Town and the endearing penguin colony at Boulder's Beach before making your way back to Cape Town.

Today it's up at dawn for your morning game drive in the reserve before returning to the lodge in time for breakfast. After a rest and lunch, later this afternoon it's time to head out into the bush again on your final afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge for another delicious dinner.
