Your journey to The Islands of Tahiti takes you to the famous honeymoon island of Bora Bora. Surrounded by cascading blue waves and home to one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world, Bora Bora defines paradise on earth. Based at Hotel Le Maitai Polynesia, a comfortable resort located on the southern tip of the island, you’ll enjoy Polynesian-style accommodations in a Garden View Room and access to the resort’s amenities, including its several restaurants and bars. While in Bora Bora, you’ll head on a full day excursion through the lagoon to see the world beneath the waves. Get up close to black-tip reef sharks and stingrays as you snorkel through the lagoon in the morning. Then retire for lunch on the charming island of Motu Tapu, which used to be reserved for the Queen. After lunch, lounge on the white-sand beach or swim through the waters before connecting back to the resort. The rest of your time is at leisure in Bora Bora. Hang back at the resort, arrange for a tour across the island’s mountains or to several lookout points, or book a diving excursion to nearby coral reefs.
